Assalamualaikum. Ptg td aq adee training badminton.. Br first day aq g training. Huh penat say.. Tp best sgt gtraining, dpt ilmu baru n bley lepas kan tension aq kat situ.. Mesti mlm ni aq kene tido awal coz esok pepagi bute kene training lagi.. Setiap hujung minggu aq ade training. Comform r turun 2 kilo berat aq. hahaha
